Photos library support???

Trying to find something that truley cleans up duplicates in my Apple Photos library, not something that just removes the master files. Sure this found dupilcates (once I manually added the library since the built-in button didn’t work properly) and it will remove the files in the library but the thumbnails are still there and show up in the library. I could care less about the disk space, looking for something that literally cleans up what I’m seeing in the albums, etc.
